Our 2-stage protocol addresses both layers systematically. Stage 1 is commercial-grade debris removal: surface debris cleared, rough vacuuming of all floors, removal of construction material remnants and adhesive residue. Stage 2 is the detail clean that requires specialized knowledge: HVAC vent covers removed and cleaned, ductwork openings wiped, all window tracks extracted, light fixtures and electrical box covers cleaned, cabinet interiors wiped (construction dust settles inside new cabinets during installation), and all surfaces detail-cleaned with tools matched to the finish type — no abrasives on new hardwood, appropriate solution on new tile grout.

New construction and renovation scenarios require different approaches. A new construction clean — an entire home built from foundation — involves more Stage 1 work and typically runs 8–12 hours for a standard San Diego home. A kitchen or bathroom renovation clean is more targeted: the scope focuses on the renovation zone plus particulate migration throughout the HVAC system.
